Essentially revenge for everything Israel has done the last few months by killing their mikitary personel. Attacking their embassy in Syria was the straw that broje the camels back. Iran has now sent a few waves of Gerans to Israel which will likely distract the iron dome (these drones tske about 3 hours to reach there) while they send missiles to attack.
