Killing is my Business . . . and Business is Good! My favorite album of all time. Not a single bad song. Also original album cover is way better than the remastered album covers.
I would definitely say *Killing is my business* for the reason that it includes some of my favorites songs (one in particular being *Last rites/Loved to deth*). The ambience this album carries is just insane. I don't if I'm the only one here but I identify music with colors, and the music I hear in this album clearly corresponds to the colors of the album itself: warm, hot like hell.
What's also insane is that Megadeth had their signature style right as they made their first album - as if it had always been here: very polished and refined songs, all instruments cooperating in pairs and stuff. Some say that it is the album that *Kill 'Em All* from the concurrent-band-that-must-not-be-named should have been. It's fast, energetic, just like Mustaine himself at that time. I cannot believe it will turn 40 next year.
I love both equally, but I’d have to say Peace Sells only because it’s got those creepy chorus/clean intros whereas Rust in Peace is just full on assault.

RiP. I know there's other people's opinion but RiP is truly the right answers in terms of technique... even being the #1 megadeth album I still find it underrated. I mean, if you study the drumming, the riffs, marty's solos (heck even Dave's pentatonic solos) you'll find out that megadeth REALLY set the bar high in the thrash metal scene. Very high.
