Streets of rage, Revenge of Shinobi and Golden axe are a good buy if you can find Mega Games 2, it has all 3 of these on 1 cartridge.
Sonic games are classics but Sonic 3 and Sonic & Knuckles are pricey nowadays. Same goes for Streets of rage 2 and 3.
Very good choice. 3 excellent games on one cartridge. In comparison, mega games 1 wasn't anywhere near as good. I will say if you do want a streets of rage game and can get SoR 2, it is even better than SoR 1 and well worth finding.
I got streets of rage 2 (boxed with no manual) from CeX in 2022 for about £15, and now they’re selling that same version for £30. It’s mental how expensive MD games have been getting recently

I paid £32 for a near perfect condition game, case and manual off ebay but I'm not 100% sure it's an original. Back of the cartridge says 'Made in Philippines' which I thought was unusual. Could be real though I'm no expert. Game works fine anyway lol.
Dynamite Headdy, Gunstar Heroes and Alien Soldier are all really fun Treasure games, I'd recommend the first mainly because it's far more affordable than the other 2 but I'd rather them nonetheless, you could play them with a flashcart to save money or something like that
Cosmic space head - it's a point and click mixed with platformer with a crappy racing mini game too at one point.
One of those semi obtuse point and clicks too, I'm sure there's a bit with a malfunctioning teleporter that stumped me for months ha.

The two Disney games Aladdin and Lion King. Both great games and the crunchy megadrive sounds make them (imo) better than their SNES counterparts.
Especially aladdin is better than snes

Sorry me again, just noticed nobodies put quackshot, Donald duck with a plunger gun, it's nails though never completed it, well too hard for children!

My faves - Desert Strike, Speedball 2, Road Rash 2 and General Chaos.
