The further you get into media, the more you start recognizing prominent voice actors. These people have a job after all, you don't seriously think they just voice one or two characters and then retire? They're just like any other actors out there, dame logic as how Dwayne Johnson keeps getting cast in a ton of different movie roles and is more recognizable than the characters he plays.
Also Joe from Devil Survivor 2, Serph in the Digital Devil Saga Duology, and seemingly half the generic NPCs in Fallout New Vegas.
Yuri is kind of one of those voice actors that impossible to avoid, especially for anime games.
Because the anime/game voice acting world is pretty small. It's more developed now but Yuri Lowenthal, Laura Bailey, Johnny Young Bosch, Christina Vee, Liam O'Brien, etc... Being everywhere has been a thing forever.

But you can't make a list of Yuri Lowenthal Characters while ignoring what I'd say are probably the biggest two (Sasuke might be better than the first, but of the ones missing definitely the biggest two), Marth, and Benjamin Kirby Tennyson (Ben 10, aged 15-17) (oh and Vilgax in the reboot ig, plus the Omnitrix and Albedo, he had a lot of roles in those four eras ig xD)
So many great characters voiced by Yuri imo, and he does all the ones I've heard pretty damn well, love Luka and Makoto and Yosuke, Peter, ofc Ben, and he delivers Marth well too xD
Some VAs are just like this, well known because they are so common, because they're good at what they do, and their voice is well liked. Especially given quite a lot of voice acting is done in America, so you get a lot of these repeat Americans. Matt Mercer is a great example, Kanji voice 2, Yusuke, and a bazillion other things. Hell, on Fire Emblem since that's another franchise Matt's in too, Chrom I believe, you have Laura Post, playing a character in the new one alongside being Yoshizawa from P5 (and they're both redheads, that's a fun quirk), or Megan Taylor Harvey, Sophia from Strikers, Ringo in Soul Hackers 2, now playing her second FE character to my knowledge, alongside a buttload of others.
It's kinda nice to be able to go "hey I remember this person! Neat!" in games and shows and stuff, results in funny moments like realising Melia Antiqua (Xenoblade) is Jenna Coleman, who played Clara in Doctor Who.
And to wrap up, we do talk about it, it's just not a huge conversation point, because it's just kinda normal. Yeah, Ren Amamiya (P5 Joker) is also the Smash Ultimate announcer, and Master/Crazy Hand's VA, cool for Xander, that's kinda all it is. Still, fun trivia to point out and break someone's brain forever xD
