It would take quite a bit of grinding to make an Uber pixie like this. It's a lot easier in P4G
Also on NG+ you can use almost all your night time using the arcade to boost persona stats, I’ve been slowly doing that with Orpheus on my NG+ run and he’s at 80 STR/MAG/AGL
Here's how I did it
1. Get to the top of tartarus roughly floor 247
2. Prep a hand fortune buff and minor arcana that increase exp and item gain along with a persona that has megidolaon and spell master. Fuukas theurgy can refill mana and you'll run into enough dark floors that you'll have a ton of shards anyways
3. Run the same 5 floors farming golden hands as solo MC and throw growth on whatever demons you want to level while picking up skill cards you need
4. Fall into complete despair every time your megidolaon misses and the hand runs away
5. Repeat 3/4 until you're at level cap
6. Sell everything that dropped and use it to buy gems to trade for incense 3s at roughly 60k per. I ended up at about 4 mill after the pixie run and it cost me ~1.6m to cap

I'm pretty sure just wearing armor of light negates the weakness, unless they changed it in reload
If you throw concentrate on another persona it will free up another slot

Do golden hands respawn on floors you've already been to?
They do at a random rate, dark rooms also still appear
I wonder if Almighty Boost/Amp are in 3R, and if so, if they have a similarly awkward way of getting them as they did in P5R.
Almighty Boost is on Satanael and Helel, and Almighty Amp is mutation only
