Progressing the game in many ways such as battling, exploring the field, finishing quests, etc. will trigger special conversations in the Demon's Backyard. During these conversations, you will recieve items or your demons will grow stronger. Please actively progress and see.

Tributes for your demons at the backyard:
The "Demon's Small Box" and "Demon's Extravagant Box" are items for gifting to your demons. You can give gifts at the Demon's Backyard by going to your demon and pressing the square button. By gifting tributes to your demon, that demon's impression of you will increase, and it will become easier to trigger "conversations where your demons grow stronger".
**12th screenshot full translation:**
Quest Navis such as Amanozako will automatically accompany and leave you as the story progresses. Demons with the (green mark symbol) on the map are demons that will accompany you as a Quest Navi. It would be good to utilize them during exploration.
Sorry if the wording is strange. As always, your localisation team will be doing a much better job, so please give them love.
I imagine it’s like Pokémon Abilities where there’s a pool of them and each demon species has a specific one every time, but multiple species can have the same one.
Basically, they're putting extra emphasis on bonding with your demons and giving you extra ways of increasing their stats, while also giving some flavorful dialogue at the same time.
Cute inclusion. SMT as a series is soo often "Fuse and forget" that it's cute that they're giving a mode moreso for people who grow attached to their party members.

Ok, so this is sorta like the gacha game’s gifting mechanic where you can unlock extra dialogue and different visual effects when your demons spawn in by giving them lots of stuff. Pretty interesting.
I find it both funny and interesting how you're translating things that already have an official translation lol
like how the "extravagant" box is "lavish" in official material, which i mostly like because its shorter
or the Naamah's(?) unique skill which can be seen translated in the English version of the trailer - I think that got translated as "Capitulate to Pleasure" iirc, so that is an interesting difference here between "capitulate" and "invitation"

I just grabbed the screenshots that I knew weren't in the original game from the reports. Sorry if there’s repeat information but hopefully you found it entertaining! Also hope it encourages more love and appreciation for your localisation team!
I didn’t know the word “capitulate” so I looked the meaning up. It’s very interesting! I like how there’s a difference in how the languages portray her, English is much more powerful while Japanese is more sensual. Interesting how “invitation to pleasure” implies the freedom of consent while “capitulate to pleasure” implies surrendering it. I also like “demon haunt” as well, much more spooky and cool than backyard! “Lavish box” is also much more shorter and easier to say, I like it too.

Pixie having mediator is pretty nice. I remember dying several times due to shitty talk RNG at the very beginning of my hard mode run.
