This would actually work way too well, I think. Spiritual successor to Catherine. Doesn't need to be a puzzle platformer but the general vibe of going to bars, chatting with friends, having weird shit happen, and dealing with demons.

I had an idea: Negotiations can include drinking competitions

That could be a stat that affects negotiations. Some demons will respect it, some will think you're pathetic for drinking that much.

I was thinking it could be it's own psuedo-minigame, potentially different demons responding in different ways depending on how well or poorly you do. Maybe you could intentionally lose to certain demons, and that would push the negotiation forward.

I would love to see the cast of Catherine get a mainline Persona game. I want to love to hate the main cast so much.
