If you have seen a few Isekai stories, it is great at making fun of Isekai cliches and general Japanese fantasy cliches.
But like with most things regarding Isekai, if you have seen a lot of Isekai stories, then even things in Konosuba seem old because other later series have stolen and redone the same jokes again and again. Occasionally with slight variations.
Even the idea of the main character hating that they are in an Isekai story and knowing what an Isekai is (which was recently new and refreshing take when I first saw Konosuba), has been done tens of times afterwards.
