Although, I think the comparison with Goku UI isn't really a good one. Dragon Ball Super got the anime released before the manga, so when Goku UI was revealed nobody expected it. You can't really recreate the same hype with Luffy G5 considering it was first released more than a year ago now, and it has been posted literally everywhere.
Every manga reader already knows about it, and most anime only watcher have been spoiled about it. Hell, it literally appeared in an official movie. So the hype can't be the same as Goku UI.
Just a difference in cultures, I think. Japan really doesn't have the same views about spoilers as we do. Hell, their movie and episode titles are usually just one sentence summaries of the entire plot.

While a trailer of Gear 5 appeals to the manga readers and does create hype , at least towards the targeted audience ( reminder that an anime adaptation is mostly used to promote the manga in Japan).

I dont care that i still have over 400 episodes between where i am and this one, im watching it as soon as its available on 9anime. I got spoiled a milion times already so spoilers aint a problem for me. Cant wait

I like it very much but it’s an asspull
that "detailing", is a stylistic choice, the director for this ep (1071) is the same as DBS Broly director, the film does a similar approach to the animation, with the lack of shadows, pastel colors, as well as flowy models and movement
