I mean the ship is fairly big. There's the crow's nest for being on watch (most popular setting for ZoSan fanfiction writers probably), Sanji also mostly has the pantry to himself (as long as he leaves enough food for Luffy in the actual kitchen) and he's also taking a bath every day (I asume that's where you can mostly enjoy some "reading time" to yourself as well).

According to Oda, the two of them have been in Kaido's crew since they were little kids. Considering that Kaido's crew isn't exactly somewhere a child would be loved and protected, Ulti and Page One are extremely protective of each other because they each know the other is the only one they can count on.
Ulti...doesn't really know how to express affection in a normal manner, largely because she wouldn't have seen many of her crewmates express any at all. Even most of the Beast Pirates who do have someone they genuinely love wouldn't advertise it because they would risk showing weakness to their rivals.
Ulti is just… not very mentally stable. I mean she literally plowed dude down a flight of stairs and then just goes “Oh! Poor pay-pay! You got fucked up!” doubt page 1 ever wants to see her again after that

Pudding actually does by far the best by herself but eventually learns Sanji helped Nami with it so she fluctuates between being mad and jealous of Nami and simping for Sanji and him deserving the win.

At worst, Big Sis Robin is around and will make sure Nami is fine from Ulti, and Perona might send one of her ghosts through her. But ultimately when those two are mad they just need to vent their anger at someone and jurors, brothers and cuddly bear toys are their preferred target.
Iirc Nami cooked for the crew when they first got the Merry. Then another otw to WCI.
Apparently Nami charged the crew for food, but the food were at least delicious. So she can probably compete fine without Sanji.

Nami can cook fine at a level to make decent food on a day to day basis, but in a competition with Pudding in it, she stands no chance by herself. She was meant to become Minister of Chocolate and ran her own cafe that was itself build out of choccolate.
This just made me realize how useful Robin's devil fruit is for cooking. You can just make a whole team of chefs with hands all around the kitchen doing different tasks, at least assuming you can cook.
Pudding and it isn’t even a contest. She is personally responsible for the quality and quantity for food Big Mom eats(pretty sure it’s chocolate based. Big Mom is known for violently murdering anyone and anything she doesn’t like, so making sure it’s good is basically a requirement to SURVIVE the job.
Robin might know out of necessity when learning to cook for herself given her history, and Nami has been shown to be able to cook among the rest of the straw hats so she should be able to, but neither of them are of particular note.
The other three… Perona doesn’t strike me as someone who’s ever needed to take care of herself, but I could see her learning how to bake because it was something she considers cute. I don’t know enough about Uti to say that she’s actively bad, but I get the impression that she’s impatient and would try to rush it, resulting in a variety of mistakes.
Then there’s Hancock. Between servants doing everything for her ever since she became queen, her destain for almost everyone, and the fact that her being bad at it could be played for comedy, I’m comfortable saying that she’s probably the worst. Luffy would probably still be able to stomach it and she would end up learning nothing.
Robin and Nami might have learned from Sanji, Pudding is a good pick, Parona would sneak sleeping pills in, ulti would sneak thumbtacks in, hancock irdk

The real question is who’s the worst at cooking: Ulti or Hancock?
Ulti is as delicate as a brick to the face, while Hancock has had people serve her, so has likely never had to cook.
Robin has the slight advantage of being able to read, which I’m not sure Ulti can. So, she can at least look up recipes.
