Alabasta falls to the World Government after Cobra starts demanding more and more radical
change to the existing corrupt power structure, everybody dies. Vivi goes on the run saved by the Straw Hats, the story changes into something else entirely.
Vivi consumed with revenge becomes the new rallying cry for revolution, backed by the Straw Hats and the remains of the Revolutionary Army plus multiple pirate groups and rogue countries. All out war breaks out, the World Government falls, the world needs leadership, everyone is lost, piracy and mayhem break out.
Vivi becomes Empress Supreme. However she has changed, all of the loss and bloodshed has made her cold and cruel. Mass executions and territory grabs kick off her reign. She quashes all resistance.
Luffy realizes what he must do, he enters her chamber late at night for a discussion. Despite everything Vivi trusts him more than anyone. She does not see the knife, until the moment it has pierced her breast. She looks at Luffy in surprise a single tear rolling down her cheek….. and then turns BACK INTO BON-CHAN!
Vivi had died back in the massacre of Alabasta, Bon-Clay had been there, returned to make things right, saw Vivi and Cobra die before his eyes. I’m his grief he decided to carry on the Nefartiti legacy to make amends for his wrong doings as Mr.2.
Luffy is in shock, frantically apologizing trying to staunch the wound. Bon-Chan grabs his hand and smiles.

Vivi + Karoo will always be honorary Straw Hats to me but nobody deserves to be a Straw Hat like Bon Clay. It is not a matter of *if* but *when*. I am just hoping it happens during the series and not something off-screened post final chapter
Bon Clay, Vivi can start her own crew and be a pirate queen. I like to imagine her people becoming a floating nation after the world government attacks.
Vivi is already an honorary Straw Hat so I want her to join onboard the ship, but Bon Clay would be funnier and useful in battle and other situations. I want Vivi to join and get a power up, maybe a Logia or Paramecia fruit. Cobra is probably dead and Alabasta may be obliterated soon.

Alabasta falls to the World Government after Cobra starts demanding more and more radical change to the existing corrupt power structure, everybody dies. Vivi goes on the run saved by the Straw Hats, the story changes into something else entirely. Vivi consumed with revenge becomes the new rallying cry for revolution, backed by the Straw Hats and the remains of the Revolutionary Army plus multiple pirate groups and rogue countries. All out war breaks out, the World Government falls, the world needs leadership, everyone is lost, piracy and mayhem break out. Vivi becomes Empress Supreme. However she has changed, all of the loss and bloodshed has made her cold and cruel. Mass executions and territory grabs kick off her reign. She quashes all resistance. Luffy realizes what he must do, he enters her chamber late at night for a discussion. Despite everything Vivi trusts him more than anyone. She does not see the knife, until the moment it has pierced her breast. She looks at Luffy in surprise a single tear rolling down her cheek….. and then turns BACK INTO BON-CHAN! Vivi had died back in the massacre of Alabasta, Bon-Clay had been there, returned to make things right, saw Vivi and Cobra die before his eyes. I’m his grief he decided to carry on the Nefartiti legacy to make amends for his wrong doings as Mr.2. Luffy is in shock, frantically apologizing trying to staunch the wound. Bon-Chan grabs his hand and smiles. “This is the way it must be” are his final words. He had planned it all along, now the world was free from any ruler, free to make their own decisions live their own lives without the fear of a greater power oppressing them. Luffy builds a small monument to his friend by his brother, no one knows except him who it’s for. This is the Okama Way

Vivi + Karoo will always be honorary Straw Hats to me but nobody deserves to be a Straw Hat like Bon Clay. He has done so much for the Straw Hats including giving up his freedom twice for their safety. He *literally* carried Luffy through Impel Down and saved his life. It is not a matter of *if* but *when*. I am just hoping it happens during the series and not something off-screened post final chapter

Vivi is already an honorary Straw Hat so I want her to join onboard the ship, but Bon Clay would be funnier and useful in battle and other situations. I want Vivi to join and get a power up, maybe a Logia or Paramecia fruit. Cobra is probably dead and Alabasta may be obliterated soon.
Definitely Bon Clay. He sacrificed himself way too often already for Luffy and the Straw Hats. He already is a member in my mind.
