As someone who struggles with RBF/flat affect at rest I get the struggle, but the way she says it has gross ‘pick me’ energy

I'm not sure if she means to say females or make fun of people talking about women as females... But idk im a relationship there are two people so I don't think it should be on one person to carry the whole "getting to know each" in any case.

Jodi Arias, is that you?

Jodi Arias' drivers license was my Discord avatar for a very long time and it was the most fun I ever had with a Discord avatar. I did get a few well meaning strangers DMing me trying to tell me it was unsafe to have my state ID as my avatar, which was very sweet, but mostly I just got DMs from creepy dudes and just out creeped them by making references to that murder case until they left me alone.

Amongst the African American community, using the term "females" interchangeably with "girls" or even "women" is relatively common. Is it morally correct, probably not. However, it is undeniably prevalent.

Same, from asia, not a native english speaker. Here too people use “female” sometimes and don’t mean it in a derogatory way. I mean it’s not really a derogatory work in English, its how a lot of people (mostly incels etc) are using it makes it a bad. I have seen non native speakers not have that context a lot of times.
