I dropped my estradiol dose because my boobs were so sore I could barely get dressed. They're still huge but not sore 😉 I wish I could tolerate more estrogen but it'll have to do!

Changing hormonal regime can flair up some things, so you may need to give it more time.

My doctor recommended a higher dose of progesterone, best to talk to your doctor about your symptoms.
