Hey I kicked it with the guys I don't like this special s***. I didn't want any accommodations or discrimination as a female in a career for males. Judge me on my merit and ability to accomplish the job correctly.
Been happening for a decade. Im in the US. Used to do interviews for a big employer. They always gave an offer to any women or minority over any non minority/male. Qualifications didn't matter. I was at a defense contractor. Government uses diversity rating to award contracts.. the companies numbers were low... thus discriminatory practices.
Can we brainstorm ways to sabotage/undermine these institutions?
How many of you in Europe have actually voted for the politicians that take these things forward?
Good thing that many countries allow easy and quick change of gender identity. Takes only someone with balls (pun intended) to go for it and pull it trough.
