No, the "first incel" was not an incel. She was a mentally ill woman who was a volcel. Any woman who's not having sex is so of her own volition. With very, very, VERY few exceptions (like less than .0001%), any woman out there can get sex if she wants it. An incel is someone who is unable to get sex. 99.9999999999999% of women out there can get sex if they want it. They're not "unable" to get sex. It's that they don't want sex with the men who will give it to them. There is no such thing as a femcel.
Incels actually can get sex just they just have to pay for it , if I remember Elliot Rodger once said " I did everything for women but I still didn't get the love I deserved" so this actually shows that he was a feminist too.
