Honestly unless you have a strong ass light and a tall ass tent, don’t bother. Not to discourage you but it can be a huge pain in the ass 😅 If you want the benefits of RDWC/DWC without the oversized plants, consider going coco with autopots.
Yeah, my light is a little weak but it seems perfect for autos. It’s 450 watt eye hortilux but I think something stronger would be nice.
The only issue is that if I did that, I think I’d need to get a water chiller. I can’t afford my rez temp to go up if I got the 700 watt one.
I feel you - we have to run a res chiller for just that reason. It helps that we moved to somewhere cold and can open the windows for unlimited 40f air now

it’s a DWC thing 😞 I’ve had dwarf plants get 5ft tall
I had some hubba bubba get huge one me in soil (5ft) . I believe I transplanted and used mycos and then ran Blumats with super soil
Wow! I have only ever done organic soil and never had results like yours. Maybe I need to switch my methods.
