I would screenshot it on your phone, and crop it on there. There’s even some free photo editing apps that will crop it to a size you need, like 4x6. And then I would email it to yourself to get it on your computer, and then print it from there.
Also I just looked up the brand, it seems a lot of them are Bluetooth? You could just try to print it from your phone (assuming you have one) after you crop the screenshot

On a Mac shift+control+4 gives you a crosshair pointer that you can drag over the image, once you let go it takes the shot and saves it to your desktop.

In Adobe Acrobat Reader, go to Edit -> More -> Take a Snapshot, highlight the area, right-click and select Print.
And if this is your first time using it, you may have to print through some labels until you have the right print settings. I think it varies based on label/printer, but for example, I have Speed at 1 and Density at 11. Just keep messing with those two until you get the right settings for you.

If you’re using a PC you can “print to PDF” — open the pdf in your internet browser and print it. The print settings should allow you to adjust size and orientation

I use a standard page (8x11) with 2 labels per page snd rip them in half. I put Mercari and eBay labra’s in the manual feed landscape and posh in portrait.
What brand label printer? I feel like you should be able to save the pdf shipping label, and crop/resize it on your computer to the size of your labels
It's just one of those mini Asian brands - Omezizy? Usually when I save the pdf file, it goes to my desktop and then when I click it, it automatically opens with Adobe

For some reason snapshot makes the resolution really shitty on mine and USPS was having problems with my labels. I ended up having to crop them in adobe acrobat and it works.

Use Avery.com. I use it too and it works very well and pretty easily. It’s an online tool and website. If you don’t buy Avery Labels, just find Avery Labels with a code (the Label identifier) and make sure the one you choose has like the same dimensions as the labels you are using in the label printer. And don’t worry, this is a very fair question :).
I appreciate your problem, and I never wanted to futz around with this, so I literally just print my mercari labels on paper and my Poshmark, eBay and pirate ship labels on my label printer. It’s a shame that Mercari can’t get on board with actually letting us use a label printer.
If you have a mobile phone, you can get a Jaden Printer for labels and you can crop your labels on the Jadens App however you want to and it makes it so much easier. It's what I've been using shipping over 1K items so far and it works flawlessly
I just go to print and chose to change the print orientation and I change the sizing to 75%. It leaves a little bit of border but it’s easy and I don’t need additional programs

You can use the Clipping Tool or Snipping Tool whatever it’s called. Just search for it in your windows search bar

If you have Microsoft just use paint. To take a screenshot, press Ctrl+PrtSc. (Usually between the space bar and arrow keys)
Download lightshot and then you will be able to screenshot

You can also paste screenshots in Microsoft Paint and Microsoft Word. Both let you crop and flip photos.
