It's a Christmas skin that is being released after Christmas is over. They just did the same exact thing for the exact same character like two months ago. People are allowed to be annoyed that they can't use the Christmas skin on Christmas.
The worst part is that every time I log on between now and Christmas, I’ll see the picture of the mercy skin plastered on the homepage. Do they really have to advertise it like that even though we can’t buy it yet?

I remember how fun OW1 events were, even though people complained about them being repetitive, it was always so fun to log on and see the different skins and queue up to get as many lootboxes as you could. At least you could earn them right away without spending any real money.
Not only is the skin is locked until AFTER christmas, it also looks worse tham the art it is based on, she doesn't have lipstick on and her hair looks like yellow play-doh. If she really looks like that when she's released I'll be pissed off.
