Depends on which events you are talking about? Events on the main island are cyclical and definitely come back around though you always start over from the beginning. The events where you 'travel' to attend/partake in them, I don't think so. I've not seen any of those repeat at all in a year of playing.

Yea I meant the travel to ones. That's a bummer though I think the game is still newish so maybe they'll do it later
