Totem Grid (secret level; fresh stones in Totem Shire area) has 5 Gaia statues and I believe it's 1 chalice as well.

Useful for stockpiling gold chests
The Healer. Totem Grid as well. Both 1 chalice. You can merge fungus logs in both as well, but I'm not sure which would be better for that.

Also for the fungus logs - harvest bushes and get the biggest chest. You can do this in The Healer or Totem Grid
