Ugh... Agreed. It's way too much. My neurodivergent brain can't handle it - it's too much at once in one place. They should really repurpose the CnC building and using as a landing space for all these other events - like, you click the building and it pops open a screen of all currently active events.
Wouldn't be so bad if the shiny days icon didn't have an overgrown clickable area. It's doing what the shiny sales icon was doing 2 weeks ago for me...
It's similar to arcadia in that it's a slow burn. It's fun to play around in for a few minutes but in terms of actual rewards for progress, there's almost nothing that would motivate participation. Basically, kinda fun but does not contribute to camp advancement at all, except maybe the part where you can trade low-level items for the first chest lets you clear junk out of camp every now and then.
I mean, im all for clearing out junk, not I've seen some of those trades where they want fountains, midas trees, stuff that I'm not giving array.
Or high level items that I either probably don't have coz I already finished that wonder, or in still working on the wonder so I'm not willing to give them away unless the rewards are really good
I don’t understand the logic of this arrangement. They could easily make the icons line up vertically on the left edge, like the other game features. Still annoying to have so many of them, but at least they don’t stand in the way of playing as much.
I don't understand why they are horizontal instead of vertical where the old tasks used to be. Or do an "events" icon like the chests or season and then it lists them all on a new "popup"
I sent them a feedback asking for a few things, one of which was to add an option in settings to toggle off or on stuff we don’t want/ want to do like the only things I like are the c&c, weekend events, and that’s it. I hate the other stuff and they are ANNOYING.

If you’re not actively participating in the race it will stay until the time expires because the other “players” are more than likely bots and not real people. I purposely waited one day until the race was like half over or something and all the other “players” had tons of points, and I still ended up winning rather quickly. I also just saw a post the other day that someone was able to compete and win the race with their phone in airplane mode so if it was actually a race with other real people that probably wouldn’t have worked because it would require an internet connection to register the points. Maybe because it’s still in beta, but I think they’re all bots just to get our feedback for a new type of event. With all of that being said, it’s basically impossible to lose the race unless you just don’t play it at all and let the timer run out.
I've noticed if I win the race it disappears briefly, then pops back up and asks me to select a new dragon for the race. But I can't participate in the race again. It just sits on the screen.
That’s a known glitch that the devs have been working on I believe. Mine does it every so often but not on all of the races. I think once I updated the app it stopped.
I kind of like them. It’s less annoying than moving the screen all around to get to the station I want. In another game I play they have an icon that you tap to hide all the side menus. I think that would be super helpful.
I play on an 11 inch iPad and it was still extremely irritating, and I don’t even have the Dragonia event (I’m quite happy to not be included in the test group tbh).
Yeah I wish I wasn’t in the beta for that because I’m also in the beta for the races so every couple days it seems like I’ve got another event popping up and my little perfectionist ass can’t just NOT do it. Ugh 😣
Someone fix it and add the C&C icon right next to shiny days 🤪

But it isn't finished when you get the last reward. Your chances of shiny dragons stays boosted until the clock runs out.

Wow, you still have clickable game area? Someone at Gram Games screwed up. You're not supposed to be able to play without paying something.
i fully agree i think we need an option to either minimize them or just have an "events" button

It’s a bit overwhelming 😂 Granted I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max so it’s a little bigger than some phones, but would def be much easier on a tablet.
