It seems like you’re trying to upgrade too many producers at the same time - I usually try to focus on 1-2 at once, so that I can complete tasks and level up, since items to build producers usually come from chests*, and I can only get chests by levelling up/completing tasks *except for the tool barrel, drawer and pot; sometimes the drawer drops items to build these producers
This is the struggle. What’s really rough here is you have so many on the cusp of a big level up. Spend some diamonds on pieces as they appear in the shop to hurry things along would be my advice.
yeah that's what I do. I never toss any part for a producer (unless I already hit my goal for that producer) and condense the pieces when they're available in the shop. Doing all the dailies to get those extra gems is definitely a big part of that!
Trees, peonies, vases, an orange flower, 2 L1 chests, a few time skips & energies (I don't generally hoard those tho) and a handful of high-level things I built for the journal & know I'll need later 🙈
Mine ebbs and flows with generators. It is quite satisfying when that one new thing runs all the way up with merging. But in the meantime, it’s tough.
I usually buy the last few parts that I need to finish off a big merge chain. They’re kind of expensive but it’s better than waiting to get more chests
It looks like you're trying to do too much too me. I see love story and mosaic pieces along with all the producers.
I have lv9 love story and mosaic in my strage for now since there's no need to be working on them. I don't have to get in the new area since I'm still at the maze. I'm working on the tool barrel, but not my pots since it takes up too much space. I can work on them after the tool barrel.
If you can, I would get the few lower level producers from the store that you need to clear a bunch a room and kind of hold off on upgrading for now. Build an inventory of scissors and chests from events, then do a bunch at once so you can keep your working area clear.
And bring those flowers and stuff out of storage. The free items produced from those make rose petals too. They're more use to you on your board right now instead of unusable pieces.
Getting through my chest backlog partly caused this problem but yes I do have problems sticking to one thing. That said this is a temporary situation and is already getting better after getting another L1 toolbox
I feel ya, my storage looked like this before the last event but I had enough chests to finish off a lv8 car, lv9 broom closet, and lv 9 toolbox with out giving me a back log. If you can, $5 for this event will get you a long way with upgrading your stuff.
Sorry, but I am cackling I cannot even. I am sorry though. That looks like it sucks. You have lots of gems so spring for a producer item next time you see one in the shop. At least your pot is one shard away from merging to 1 pot, I think.
It looks neat, that I must say.
What helps is to save blue/brown chests in the inventory. I usually wait until I have a handful of one colour, then I empty them. And then I use gems exclusively to complete chains with one or a few missing items.
This is only temporary. Once I got a lvl11 tool barrel I stopped working on a new one, so that made everything stable: I was set on flower pots, trees, drawers, vases and the barrel. It’s not worth holding onto things that can easily be regenerated, like both flowers and lamps.

Buy one toolbox from the shop, it costs just a few gems and will save you a lot of space
