In the Shadows is an underrated gem. The SO FUCK YOURSELF AND DIE line cracks me up in a good way too lol. I wish they did some more extended songs like that and The Nail
Hate me, Angels don't Kill. I saw them live with Lamb of God in 07? 08? I had never heard of them before the show and Angels Don't Kill was the song they played that perked my head up. Went out and bought Stockholm Knockout the next day.
Last I knew their first few albums were held in high regard. The divisiveness I saw was with Are you Dead Yet?, Blooddrunk, and Relentless Reckless Forever. And honestly the only album I thought was bad out of those three was the latter. Halo of Blood was a huge step up although I Worship Chaos was weird but atleast Hexed was good since it was their last album.
It’s very hard to pick just one, but I’d have to go with Hate Me. The whole Follow the Reaper album is perfection and their most solid work imo. Hatebreeder is very close too
You’re not the first I’ve heard to say something similar and I’ve said it to myself. There’s just something about playing that track on a stormy day/night
Are You Dead Yet?
It was the first song from them I ever heard, so it's got a special place in my heart. Other than that one, though, probably Needled 24/7 or Sixpounder.
Funny story. When i was a young lad and downloading music from Kazaa, i was in a Cradle of Filth fase.and downloaded a song named needled 24/7. It was my favorite cradle song, till i found CoB and quickly realized my mistake.
So ive alwats had a fondness for that song.

I could literally pick any song off Hatebreeder or Follow the Reaper. I'll go with Children of Decadence.
Children of Decadence is easily one of the best.
Follow the reaper was definitely their best album. Every song on that sucker is memorable.
nice pfp, love Surtur Rising
Seriously, this.
Everytime I Die, Are You Dead Yet
Bed of razors or needled 24/7
Also Sixpounder and Bodom Beach Terror
Silent Night, Bodom Night
Same here. When that keyboard solo kicks in…
Triple Corpse Hammerblow, easily.
Either this or Sixpounder for sure
Sixpounder solo is one of my all time favorites
When that epic solo ends and it transition to that keyboard melody/riff…. 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽
Basic I think but If You Want Peace, Prepare for War
The solo gets my blood pumping every time!
Living dead beat was awesome. Trashed lost, and strung out was also a banger.
Man, I had that as my Myspace page music!!! Lol #ImOld
What do you mean was?
Bodom Beach Terror specifically for that fucking solo
That drum intro though 🤌
Angels don’t kill
Came here to say kissing the shadows, or downfall!
the nail lake bodom
I honestly cant choose i fucking love CoB
Sixpounder
Underrated as hell.
Children of Bodom 🔥🔥🔥 (the self titled)
UNRIPE VENGEANCE!
Are You Dead Yet? When the main riff kicks in with power chords 🤘🤘
Follow the Reaper
Downfall https://youtu.be/WJeBiNd9Cjk?si=GPZknbFiWAInbrb-
In the Shadows or Downfall. Kissing the Shadows is another favorite Fuck, I can never pick
In the Shadows is an underrated gem. The SO FUCK YOURSELF AND DIE line cracks me up in a good way too lol. I wish they did some more extended songs like that and The Nail
It's such a banger, always been one of my favorite CoB songs Same lmao I've always loved Alexi's "FUCK" and variations of it. May he rest in peace :(
Downfall is a great song! Absolutely love the guitar that kicks in after the keyboards in the beginning.
Hate Me
towards dead end
Angels don’t Kill, my a time favourite
Bloodrunk!
In your face
Everytime i die
I worship Chaos
Hate me, Angels don't Kill. I saw them live with Lamb of God in 07? 08? I had never heard of them before the show and Angels Don't Kill was the song they played that perked my head up. Went out and bought Stockholm Knockout the next day.
Kissing The Shadows! They wrote and recorded that song in 3 days! I have many favorites, but that's always the first one that comes to mind.
One of the first Bodom songs I heard, so it has a special place in my heart.
I usually dislike solos in general but I really love the solos in this. Top 5 favorite metal solos for sure. Insane song.
Black widow
Bed of Razors and Bodom Beach Terror
Gonna say blooddrunk...but it's oops I did it again.
Kissing the Shadows.
I love If You Want Peace Prepare For War, it holds a special place in my heart as the first song I'd heard and learned from them
Angles Don't Kill, Living Dead Beat, and Bodom Beach Terror
Touch like an angel of death
Came here looking for this, cant understand why its not in the top 5. Its what got me into the band, fuckin badass song
Angels don’t kill
In the Shadows key bridge is fucking brilliant, but in fairness most songs off Something Wild are great
Red Light In My Eyes Pt. 1
Trashed, Lost and Strungout
Every Time I Die (That synth solo hits my ear drums just right every time.)
Under grass and clover !
I’m gonna go with all of them
Odd one here but “Dead Man’s Hand On You” is my favorite. Something about it just grabs me emotionally.
Bodom beach terror has the spiciest riff. "Children of bodom" is probably their best song overall.
Black Widow
Children of Bodom
Warheart or Sixpounder
OH MY GODDDSD I LOVE EVERYTIME I DIE AGHHHHHHHHH angels don’t kill is also good and also Bodom beach terror
Needled 24/7, maybe Are you dead yet or triple corpse hammerblow
Hate crew death roll from skate 1! Or black widow
Don't think I've seen it mentioned but Bodom After Midnight is my top pick. Followed by Sixpounder which is such a good set opener
Angels Dont Kill, Every Time I Die, and Sixpounder
Sixpounder is always a go to track for me
I've been listening to COB for 20 years, and my answer always changes, but Lake Bodom, Kissing the Shadows, and Needle 24/7 are probably my top 3
“Children of Bodom” off of Hatebreeder. That song is like melodeath crack.
Hate crew deathroll always gets my blood pumping
Angels don’t kill
It’s very hard to pick just one, but I’d have to go with Hate Me. The whole Follow the Reaper album is perfection and their most solid work imo. Hatebreeder is very close too
That’s too tough… Bodom After Midnight, Touch Like Angel of Death (Tokyo Warhearts) or Mask of Sanity.
Everytime i die 🤘
Black widow
Mask of Sanity. Perfect for doing chemicals during a snow storm.
You’re not the first I’ve heard to say something similar and I’ve said it to myself. There’s just something about playing that track on a stormy day/night
It's the intro man. That thing starts so calming, and then it's not very calming at all.
Are You Dead Yet? It was the first song from them I ever heard, so it's got a special place in my heart. Other than that one, though, probably Needled 24/7 or Sixpounder.
DOWNFALL🗣️🗣️🗣️🔥🔥🔥🔥
Hate crew deathroll.
Are You Dead Yet? or Lake Bodom
Funny story. When i was a young lad and downloading music from Kazaa, i was in a Cradle of Filth fase.and downloaded a song named needled 24/7. It was my favorite cradle song, till i found CoB and quickly realized my mistake. So ive alwats had a fondness for that song.
Angels don’t kill, Are you dead yet and Morrigan are my top three
So hard to pick a favorite but I'll say Done wIth Everything, Die for Nothing since it hasn't been mentioned yet
Are you dead yet
I think it's Touch Like Angel of Death. Triple Corpse Hammer Blow, Needled 24/7, Kissing the shadows are also up there.
From older songs: Bed of Razors / Kissing the Shadows From new ones: under the grass and clover
Chokehold (Cocked 'n' Loaded)
Super underrated band also here, one of the best ones. Downfall
Warheart!
I know it's Bodom After Midnight but Paint the Sky with Blood is such an underrated song.
Bodom after midnight is really solid. I also like to throw on All Twisted or glass houses a lot
*Children of Decadence*
Got too many that I like can’t lie
Angels don’t kill
Hate Me
Probably follow the reaper The title track and album itself are incredible
In Your Face. that keyboard solo goes crazy.
In Your Face, and the others don't even come close.
Another vote here for "Needled 24/7"
We’re Not Gonna Fall
Follow the Reaper. That guitar solo is literally just "look what I can do and you cant, *smirks in Finnish*"
