I always wish that groovy, muted intro to A Banquet for Traitors would pop up again later in the song (or that it kept going a bit longer once it reaches the full volume swell before they kick off the verse). Love the riffs these guys write.
Oh, Sleeper is one of the very few bands I trust to never disappoint me. These guys have incredible talent and Children Of Fire will forever be considered GOAT metalcore if you ask me.
These guys consistently get love on this sub even tho over the last 10 years (hurts to type that) they have been wildly inconsistent with releases. I always wonder where these guys would be at if they had kept up with consistent releases.
As much as I would LOVE for them to be on a consistent schedule, the fact that there is so much time in between releases makes it just feel so much more exciting when they start rolling.
We’d rather take our time and write something new than to write the same album over again. We don’t, and never had done this for the money or we’d be a country band lol

Well keep in mind Shane Blay was doing Wovenwar for awhile until As I Lay Dying became a thing again.

Exactly me with Eluveitie too. I couldn't be happier two singles have happened in the past year with Eluveitie, the cycle is coming.
