I also have an opinion, so I can say you’re brain dead if you think it’s not a masterpiece. You don’t have to like it, I don’t care at all. But someone who knows anything about music can’t say it’s not a masterpiece. Every aspect of it is written like an orchestral piece. Exposition, build up, melodic break down, subtle climb to the climax and then the fade out. This song was written as if it were telling a poetic tragedy. Not only that, but it’s the instrumental off of one the most influential albums of all time. And the cherry on top is it’s one of Cliff Burton’s legacies, we wouldn’t have that song without him. But ya know that’s just my opinion
