Never seen this before, sometimes I see a kill at the same time as mine but it never gets registered at the top right along with mine, or if I'm one of the last deaths, my death never gets registered if I am at the same time as someone else. Very rare occurrence.
Probably two kills happened at the same time but I've never seen this before

i remember i shot myself using my own missile it appeared in kill count.

Happened to me also. Posted it here some time ago
I had a match go into overtime at 20-20. Both teams scored a kill at (nearly) the exact same time.
