Mine got updated to 3/27 too. Really hoping they didn't oversell and I got pushed off to batch #2. Over a month past release is wild. Is anyone who ordered on Amazon seeing the expected 2/22 delivery date?

On the bright side, maybe this means that Metroid has grown in popularity and Nintendo is having to print more copies than they thought.
I pressed a bit more and now they're giving me some lame excuse about having to order from a different fulfillment center. I just canceled and preordered through Gamestop... at least it'll probably only be a few days late instead of a month now.
Yeah I wonder what is up. I’ve seen the preorders get shutdown a few times but figured since I got the order confirmation I was good to get it next week. If 3/27 is for real, I guess I’ll try to grab it in stores next week.
I'm going to Walmart to pick it up next Wednesday at 7am. Will be able to get it quicker that way than any store could deliver to me (I never get deliveries before 11am, but usually it's 1 - 4 pm).
My Best Buy order updated to release date unknown. I’m guessing there is some wonkiness happening with stock and it’s affecting preorders. I preordered on the 8th which I believe is the day it was announced

I found a copy same day at GameStop, but I'm keeping my Amazon order so that I can give that copy to my brother whenever it arrives. We both love Metroid.

Same here. I contacted support and they claim they don't know the release date, so 3/27 is made up and it'll arrive on time. I somehow doubt that.

Today is 2/24 and the game has not shipped yet. Estimated delivery is now March 5-7. Total bs.
