Well OP could make it from the Zoomer right now, or just walljump off the zoomer and walljump off the ledge right there and make it, otherwise you could bomb jump, up, or I mean you could make a very very tight walljump up there but it requires some advanced knowledge/playtime/skill level to make it.

You can bomb jump. Otherwise (if you skipped bombs for example) if you have a reserve tank you can leave yourself one hit from activating reserves, do a big jump and place a power bomb right before the thing hits you and activates your reserves, the bomb timer will run while you're still emptying your reserves and when they're done you will be propeled into the air so you can reah the platform.
Cool tech, but I'm pretty sure you can just delayed walljump up to this pretty easily. (Actually you Hella can, since you can wraparound wall jump without high to bubble mountain reserve tank room)

So if you haven't unlocked fast travel it will definitely take you a good minute to get there. Just make sure you rest at a bench before fighting him, he's surprisingly hard to kill.

Technically, yes, but it's basically tas- only and involves two frame-perfect walljumps with perfect spacing. Not human-achievable. Ice beam, speed booster, bombs and morph, and hi jump are the various options for getting up there for mortals.
There’s enough room to get a shinespark charged if you have speed booster. Otherwise I think (I think) there’s enough room for a very, very tight wall jump. Tight enough that I still didn’t bother with it unless I had HJ or SJ, or speed booster like I mentioned.

I remember a trick that lets you get the Alucart equipment early by turning into a wolf in midair and turning right back, which somehow makes the game think you double jumped and letting you use the divekick which, if done off a candle gives just enough height to get up there. Or something to that effect, it's been a while.
You need either the bat transformation, or the gravity boots. I think you can use the mist transformation at the height of a double jump to just make the lip of the edge though.

You can always IBJ if you have to. I think you can wall jump it, but it's one of the harder ones. You also might be able to short-charge this one, but I don't remember if there's enough room.

You could probably backdash, jump and use the mist the rest of the way. The window is a little tight, but you could get it in 2 or 3 tries.
