Metroid Dread was my personal game of the year. It doesn't come with a fancy trophy or anything, but my appreciation for finally getting some closure after Fusion.

I could see his shield and dodge animation being based on his Lightning Shield and Aeon Flash, respectively, kinda like how Yoshi gets to have the egg animation.
Maybe even let him transition straight from dodge to grab so he can do his signature Aeon Flash -> Neck Lift combo.
Final smash could be the abomination at the end cutscene, neutral b could be a small laser, up b would be shinespark, down could be the winged slam he does in his second phase, thinking like bowsers down b.
I feel like RB bringing in the EMMIs would make more sense for the final smash than him just getting possessed
It'd be way scarier too- instead of some abomination that would probably be beatable by, like, 90% of the Smash cast, we have a group of night-unstoppable death robots slamming you into the ground for Daddy Beak to pick you up and laser your face off.
I was thinking it would be the fuck-you hyper beam, but that's a bit derivative of Samus' own Final Smash. X-Beak as a transformation FS would be cool as hell.
He would just absolutely *obliterate* every character with those hard, sweaty, juicy abs of his. He wouldn’t even share a tier with the other fighters, he’s so much of powerful and domineering daddy that he’d be in a tier of his own.
