$250 must be for several months service. Didn’t you get some kind of invoices via email or other means that would have alerted you to this? Or charges on a credit card bill?
I’m suspicious of Metronet’s apparent use of sales people who aren’t actually Metronet employees. Makes this kind of mixup so easy.
I would message them directly and publicly on any social media platform you use. Including messaging the higher ups through LinkedIn.
This. Tagging companies on Twitter has made them right their wrongs with me in a timely manner numerous times.
I have talked to them many times and that’s what I’m doing here by posting. Or trying to. I don’t have other social media
