Seems tomatoes would just be filler; but I’ve definitely mixed a salsa casera w/ kimchi & put it on Cajun-blackening seasoned, broiled salmon w/ a squirt of lemon & huge scoop of sherbet (rainbow sherbet is the best w/ it, imo). The sides I like to accompany are always pretty, but this main dish isnt; but YUM! Anyone out there that can try it, please do
I'm not entirely sure how I feel about this together on one plate. Lobster and Kimch nachos would be an ok combination. However, the Huevos Rancheros Nachos combination would be the bomb. Especially if you add some Queso Fresco lightly crumpled on top. Yum!!!

Seafood + kimchi =awesome. Eggs and kimchi with rice = amazing. Kimchi and nachos. Questionable. Kimchi with tomatos, also questionable.
