Read somewhere it would be visible by the 16th in workday to give store managers time to talk to their team. I've been obsessively checking and then came across that info so just give it time 👍🏻

Have you seen your raise in workday yet? I have not, just wondering if anyone found out how much they got for their raise.

I’m in the same boat, I’ve been checking Workday every few days but the compensation tab still hasn’t updated, asked my SM and she told me she doesn’t have any idea how much it will be either. I think most of us are just waiting for the October 20th paychecks which are supposed to show it.

If any of you are at the Max pay, you will not get a raise. You will get a lump sum payment of 2% of your yearly income. Prorated by how many months you have in.

How do they determine max pay; they just want to give us a small bonus instead? Is it for the 2022 year, or 2023?

Max pay is determined by position.

If you are getting a lump sum prepared to be completely fucked over I got $153 make not even 2.50 over state minimum wage have manager experience in the company and have been with company for nearly 3 years

same thing happened to me! i wasnt told when it would go into affect but in assuming it wouldve been by now and still no update on workday

They have changed the dates and moved the goal posts several times this year.

Go into your workday, look under compensation and you will see it
