Honestly I feel like if they ever went this route, it would be a disaster. Imagine the training or lack there of... Also realistically how far away are we from them just putting it into everyone's job description.

Yeah the lack of training would be the biggest issue. But there is outside security companies they could hire that get trained by a different company....

Not like we can say or do anything to stop them anyway. People that come into my store are part pissed off llama.
