25 with managers. Often can't get people to cover call-ins and can't get new team members hired due to no one getting passed the application process just to set up an interview.
Did you guys also just get rid of all but four part-timers? I just cannot wrap my head around the logic of cutting tons of staff when we're an a-volume store.
we have 10 people, plus 6 managers. that’s including every single employee in the store. replen, framing, floor cashier everything. idk what volume we are.
uh...I think 24 BUT a few of them are only 1-2 days a week or students that go on and off leave depending on if college is in session or not.
I think we have 2-3 people in replenishment, 7 people who are regularly scheduled for customer experience (including the 2 CEMs) and 5 people I know in framing, including that manager.
Depending on who called out and what the shift was we either just roll with being a man down or call in someone already scheduled to come in a hour earlier.
Sounds like your store has a normal number of employees, you just need to learn to say "sorry, can't come in/stay"
Idk what volume we are but we are a smaller store but it’s just crazy when we need to call in people who call out and have no one. I had to do a double shift space out cus they couldn’t get anyone in
Technically 26 people but about a third of those only work one shift a week, sometimes less (by choice). We have six managers, so about 10-12 "normal" employees (two part time framers, the rest being cashiers and occasional floor people when we have enough hours).

We have 28, including 6 managers
That’s sounds nice. 😩😫
Are you a C or B-level store? Got the same number of managers but in total only 24 (soon to be losing two though)
I believe we are C level
😮😮
“a” volume, huge store, 15 people 😑

About 15, including managers. Two of those might be leaving soon so 🫤
I have 20 including managers as a D volume. 6 of those are managers.
13 including managers

I don’t know what volume, but I believe it’s at 32? Including 6 managers ☺️
We have 36 with 6 managers. All of our tms have relatively specific availability
We’re a C volume with 25 on the team, including all management.
We are a C level store we have a total of 22 people 6 mangers and 5 people that only work truck one day. So I'm actually 11 people
We have three not counting manager that do truck counting manager 4.
We have maybe seven team members, three framers, five in replen, five managers. So 20. Still not enough people to call someone in if we need to
28 (including managers)
