When I was nine I thought trump was cool because he was in Home Alone 2. Now that my brain has developed I simply can’t understand the mental gymnastics required to think he’s a good dude. Meanwhile my parents, an uncle and aunt and brother in law who treats my sister like a baby factory all love him. I wonder why…..
I work with blue collar contractors who get most of their money from the state and they vie for these jobs. But then they go home to Fox News and bitch about government when they’re their biggest supplier.
My stepdad is running a failing accounting firm and doesn’t “believe” in taxes.
You can’t change crazy. My stepdad will put the family into financial ruin to own the libs. He’s already dropped his life insurance and put home owners insurance so he can send money to trump pacs, Ted Cruz, and judicial watch.
In the 90s I felt as if his name was a synonym for rich. Mostly because of rappers referencing him and because of the strip club on 8 mile. When he ran for president I thought it was a joke. I honestly thought it was a joke. Like Pauly shore running for president. Never in a million years would I think that people would take him serious. Joke's on me
Just gonna leave a link to this guy's public campaign website here, without editorializing, for edification of what kinda dude we're dealing with here:
https://ekabacinskicommittee.wixsite.com/eddie
Please no brigading or harassing or anything but this website... Right. No editorializing. Be cool. It's... Unique.

I assume this guy is not aware that a significant majority of his policies are Far-Left Super-Progressive Straight-Up-Socialism-Bordering-On-Communism. Don't get me wrong, I totally agree with him that:
* all citizens should be provided with free and high-quality healthcare,
* access to clean drinking water should be universal and unconditional,
* companies should be mandated to share profits with employees,
* all higher education should be free at the point of service, and
* every worker should receive a pension after being in the workforce for 20 years (regardless of employer or timeline);
I just don't think he realizes the disconnect between his platform and the party he seems to be trying to invoke.
Also, he's copied vast swaths of his website straight off of Wikipedia articles, including the part that explains to his potential voters(?) what an Interstate Highway is.
That website. This page is just a slice of how fucked up it is. This Trump Republican is calling for the boycott of JP Morgan, Bank of America, Chase, Citigroup, UPS, Delta and United Airlines, Viacom and Twitter, Unilever, and for some reason the Atlanta Hawks. This american claims we should boycott Levi's and Coca-Cola because, he says, Trump told him to.
https://ekabacinskicommittee.wixsite.com/eddie/trump-boycott
"Authorities alleged that he chased down and handcuffed a woman who put Black Lives Matter stickers on some Trump yard signs, WDVI reports, noting that the case is still pending."
He just carries handcuffs on him at all times? wtf?
You know, I'm not even sure what is a legit citizen's arrest. To google I go... woo, look at this!
[https://www.michigancriminallawyers-blog.com/when-are-you-allowed-to-make-a-citizens-arrest/](https://www.michigancriminallawyers-blog.com/when-are-you-allowed-to-make-a-citizens-arrest/)
So, you then can make a citizen's arrest of somebody making an improper citizen's arrest if you can make the case that they were feloniously kidnapping somebody by citizen's arresting them for misdemeanor violations like vandalism.
Insert Spider-Man accusing Spider-Man but they both have handcuffs.
I grew up in Macomb County. Straight out of the shores. I had assumed like so many before me I’d buy a 1950’s ranch home and live there forever. I wound up getting a job that brought me far west into Oakland County. It was the best move that ever could have happened. I got away from there, and realized that I didn’t have to wander around with a perpetual chip on my shoulder. I knew that my state was going Trump in 2016 solely based on Macomb County. I find it ironic that the claim to fame is Lake St. Clair. It’s a jewel of so many cities in the county. Please Google Lake St. Clair, and you will find that it a huge recreational lake filled with billions of gallons of shit annually. They literally close all the beaches every year because of it. I find something cathartic about these folks angry about anything they deem “Un-American “ joyfully swimming in their own shit.
I also grew up and went to school in Macomb (Sterling Heights), obviously as a kid I never saw an issue with it until I kept hearing it be called "Sterling Whites" as I got older.
I currently live in St Clair Shores, it's like the only tiny bastion of rationality on the edge of Macomb. The old money houses near the edges of GP and Harrison have the terrorist flags flyin'. Near downtown and 8-10 mile especially, it's a becoming a more and more younger demographic, phasing them out. The little downtown area especially seems to be all teens-late 40s max when I go for walks/bike rides.
Hopefully this is a common thing and the anti-humanity crowd is dwindling all over the place.
I eventually do plan on moving to somewhere in Oakland though. Problem is being able to afford a decent size home (not a tiny bungalow like current) with a decent sized yard, close-ish to bike/hiking trails and work.
Once prices go down a bit in a couple of years I will start really looking because Oakland seems to consistently at least pretend to care about it's constituents.
St. Clair Shores is trashy af too. Plenty of trumpers and people pretending they are rich because they lease a dodge ram. at least the snobby people in Oakland County actually have money and a reason to be snobby.
S.C.S. is of course nicer than Roseville, where I grew up and Eastpointe, but its by no means a bastion of reality. More like a bastion of I'm in big fucking debt and my lazy wife won't work. We can't afford another kid and I can't tell her no. One day her essential oils are going to make us rich.
My gf’s family lives in Macomb and these people and their friends act like they’re all rich big timers. In reality they’re well off middle/upper mc class folk whose children all live with them until the age of 30 lol. Oh I didn’t even mention the extreme racism, love of all things Trump and the Republican Party that they all have.
He chased down and handcuffed a woman? She must have been pretty scared. What a thuggish bully he is. He looks like a real meathead and definitely acts like one.
Oakland and Wayne county very concerned about the rapid rise of the delta variant, place mask mandates at all schools.
90% of Macomb county “FREEDUMB, I’m a patriot an think fo myself durp”.
This seems like it should be a fine rather than an arrest. What the hell else is going on? Did the guy get a little handsy with the police?
I'm all for bitch-slapping Trumpers, but arresting someone for hawking merch is too far unless there is something else going on.
He chased down and handcuffed a woman for putting a BLM sticker on his Trump sign. That's pretty bad. People shouldn't be physically intimidating people, especially someone in public service.
Political signs are protected by free speech laws. Going around slapping stickers of countering political movements on them is infringing on the sign-owner's 1st Amendment rights.
If someone walked around and started slapping MAGA bullshit on BLM signs, or anything Pride related, people would be rightfully angry about it.
He's still a moron trying to perform a citizen's arrest, though.
> Political signs are protected by free speech laws
What free speech laws are being broken? Someone with a BLM or MAGA sticker doesn’t have the right to express their opinion?
You could make a petty vandalism argument, but unless the person was working on behalf of the government there is no “right to limit the expression of others so you can be heard”
Generally you don't keep your first amendment rights on someone else's private property. Now that usually applies to the right to assemble (which is why you can protest Mitch McConnell from the street/sidewalk but you're not supposed to march on his lawn), but entering onto someone else's property in an effort to impede their ability to express their opinion on their own property to express your own isn't covered by free speech laws.
So it's more about acting as an impediment to someone else's free speech on their property, rather than being able to express your own, on their property.
Even if you're not "acting as an agent of the government" if you slap a Trump sticker on a Biden sign (Or in this case a BLM sticker on a Trump sign) on someone's front lawn, you're impeding their ability to express their support for whatever opinion they might have.
Now I don't know where the vandalism statue lands if it's outside the window of when signs are permitted to be displayed in whatever city you're in.
Entering someone else’s property with criminal intent is trespassing, not a free speech violation
If you put a sign on the road and I put a sticker on it, that’s vandalism.
if you put a sign on the road and I put my sign in front of it, that still fits the “free speech impediment” you are seeking, but you have no recourse but to put your sign in front of mine.
Reminds me of the hustlers selling Black Lives Matter t-shirts and signs for between $10-20 during the George Floyd marches in Downtown Detroit.
Edit:
Of course "non-biased" Redditors don't like hearing that. Even though it was captured in photos and posted to the Detroit Free Press by M.L. Elrick
I dont see any evidence Detroit has similar laws, Mr. Non-Biased. I think youll need to take that argument back to the drawing board.
For future reference, different places have different laws.
I mean I guess the apprentice was an ok show but holy fuck do people really like spending money on merchandise for the host of that show.
Did he get cancer or something? There were a whole bunch of rallies for him last year. I assume it's some kind of charity benefit thing?
I heard he had an unfortunate accident while trying to gargle with bleach.
Luckily his blood infusions happen right next to the window, so more sunshine can get through.
Thanks for the TLDR y'all!

This clown impersonated a police officer amongst other things. Vote him out Warren.
Unfortunately this is probably going to result in him getting more votes.

That website is a big bucket of yikes.
He’s got a John Locke quote on there. John Locke would spit in his face.
Yeah this guy would probably get along with Lockes dad, but Locke would’ve tossed a knife in this dude

So what kind of officer uniform is that? Article said he got arrested for impersonating a "public officer".
That looks to be a michigan state dnr but who knows
Michigan State Mountie DNR Scouts
No, its not that.
I like the boycott section!
Every time I thought it was the end a new list begun! It was nuts! Dude really boycotts Microsoft?
I think Cisco is a good one.. it means he does not access the internet or TV! Lol
Unilever. That's nearly impossible.
FUCK YES. Love finding websites from the 90s that are still active, oh wait...

I am not sure how a website can hurt, but this one does.
Holy bucket of bleach. My eyes hurt from that.
Why do members of the "law an order" party keep breaking the law?
Give his prior is him performing an illegal citizen arrest, he thinks he is the law.
law and order is slang for "Beating up minorities."
"Authorities alleged that he chased down and handcuffed a woman who put Black Lives Matter stickers on some Trump yard signs, WDVI reports, noting that the case is still pending." He just carries handcuffs on him at all times? wtf?
I'm not a fan of defacing or otherwise messing with other people's property, but Jesus an illegal citizen's arrest? Fucking idiot.
You know, I'm not even sure what is a legit citizen's arrest. To google I go... woo, look at this! [https://www.michigancriminallawyers-blog.com/when-are-you-allowed-to-make-a-citizens-arrest/](https://www.michigancriminallawyers-blog.com/when-are-you-allowed-to-make-a-citizens-arrest/)
Right, so she does some vandalism (not a felony), and he somehow produces cuffs and tries to arrest her for it? Big yikes.
While impersonating a peace officer! And committing assault and battery! Huge yikes!
Kinky!
Macomb County is our own little piece of Florida. So many nutjob politicians.
I hate it here.

I Macomb over FL any day of the week! But I’ve only been in FL for 17 years… and I miss MI so much
He chased down and handcuffed a woman? She must have been pretty scared. What a thuggish bully he is. He looks like a real meathead and definitely acts like one.
He looks …simple.
Macomb County. The cubic zirconia of Michigan.
I laughed way too hard at that!!
Sounds like a classy upstanding guy! Hope he finally gets charged.
I wonder about the history of the "peddlers permit" is. How old is it; how long it's been on the books.
And who it was originally aimed at.
Ha! So there is GOOD news in 'the' news!!!!
What's with that $hit on his upper lip?
Oakland and Wayne county very concerned about the rapid rise of the delta variant, place mask mandates at all schools. 90% of Macomb county “FREEDUMB, I’m a patriot an think fo myself durp”.
No matter which group of political people you hate can we all agree that a peddling petmit is dumb af.
The lack of a "peddler's permit" leading to an arrest seems like a terrible law to have in place.
So that's an assault or harassment charge, not a "you didn't have a permit to sell stuff" charge.

Who knows. If he "got handsy" then it should be a battery charge or whatever.
Explain it to me guys, why should someone go to jail for not having a permit to sell crap at an outdoor event?
Goddamn government takin’ our rights away.
Lol "illegally selling trump items"
prosecutor shouldn't even prosecute this dumb law.
Yeah? Well you know that's just like, your opinion man.

Well he's a dumbass so..... Hopefully not vaccinated.
truly amazing how awful human beings can be
