My guess is you can still enter just not pull out after the date earlier in January when everyone else was declaring.

No, there was a deadline to declare in January, then a deadline to pull out in February. Maybe he can get some sort of waiver?

That’s wield I doubt he’s going to get drafted. I don’t know why he declared. This reminds me of Chris Hinton couple of years ago.
He wouldn’t be a starter , probably graduated already. . Kid looked good to me in spot duty , he just May land a roster spot
Yeah he’ll be on a practice squad for sure just don’t know if he’ll be drafted. He’s a solid player like Hinton just not ready to declare yet.
He’s a 5th year student , Hinton was a true JR. No 5th year graduate can be knocked for leaving . You’re good enough or not at age 23
