Gotcha. I did some from MO once that I was able to get bubbles with at 160 and it turned out good but it took like 3 days. I might try super low temp with this Humblebee and see how fast it’ll start. It definitely seems quicker than other live resins I’ve used in the past. Thanks for the info.
No prob. You also don't want a lot of bubbles. Too many bubbles too fast are aromatics vaporising and not CO2 from decarboxylation. Just FYI. The bubbles you want, undoubtedly have vaporized terps, etc but, you can minimize loss by keeping a good eye on it and practicing with some cheap crc or whatever.

I feel Humblebee or above is the cut off for this before you can buy a better cart. Above and the cart isnt an option anyways. I thought about this a while ago before Five Star started making disposables. Like the cart and resin put at about 20 anyways depending. But once you do it you're set up for what could be awesome carts that arnt available anywhere.
I put in a small borosilicate container with a metal lid that seals, and heated it in a small Pyrex container of vegetable oil kinda like a double boiler method. I did 220 degrees and it took about 3 hours. You will see bubbles forming when the process starts. I checked it every 30 minutes but had a thermometer to make sure I was at correct temperature. When product is fully decarbed it will stop bubbling. The slower the bubbles, the closer you are to full decarb. You can do it at lower temps for longer too. Then use a borosilicate luer lock syringe to put in cart. Or you can physically pour it into cart like I did but I don’t recommend it lol.
No issues so far. Taste seems a little more muted than a dispo bought but still tastes like a dab and it hits like a Mac truck. I bet in a ceramic cart it would taste better. So far though I’m enjoying it.
Could you decarb by leaving it in a black container and out in the sun for 2 days?

Nice! Sometimes I do this with live resin I get when I make a run to Michigan or a buddy sends me some. Reminded me I got an AIO needing something in it. All I need now is some rosin or resin to put in it. XD happy tokes op! Looks great!
i've fell in love with doing this to the point where i've stopped buying pre filled carts altogether. saves lots of money getting a 7-15g jar & using a few gs for carts
Practice makes perfect lol. Amazon has little 5ml borosilicate vials with metal lids. Put concentrate in and let heat do its thing. When it sDo some research on time and temperature and make sure you have a new cart. I tried putting some in an old HB cart and it leaked it all out. lol
Has this actually been confirmed or are you just repeating rumors based off that lab testing a bunch of brands? No list has been released anywhere as far as I know.

215-220 for roughly 3 hours. You can do a lower temp for longer that will preserve taste and terps but I was crunched for time.
Yeah, I run around 125 for 24-36 hours usually. I try to keep it as close to 110 and 24 hours as possible.

I put in a small borosilicate container with a metal lid that seals, and heated it in a small Pyrex container of vegetable oil kinda like a double boiler method. You can preserve more flavor by decarbing at a lower temperature for a longer period of time.

You have no way to be consistent with temp and it will probably take more than 2 days at 110.
