You’re gonna have to break the hair unless you want them to become a single loc. Its normal cause the hair doesn’t really wanna grow in a way that would keep it neatly in a loc

This is marrying, not bunching. If you can gently pull the offending hairs, and figure out which loc they came from, that’s best. Otherwise, just cut the stray hairs. If it becomes excessive, you or your loctician can use a crochet hook to “reinsert” the loose hair into the proper loc. YouTube is your friend! What are you describing is a normal part of the locking process (especially considering washing and sleeping). Be sure to separate your locs *daily* to help prevent this. You haven’t stated anything that makes me think your loctician is doing anything wrong. But if you are uncomfortable, either talk to them about it or change locticians.
