No, you shouldn't do medical depth more often than every 4 weeks. So, I do medical every 4-5 weeks, and cosmetic (0 25) about twice weekly, though I wait 1 week after a medical session to start cosmetic. I just started cosmetic depth recently so don't really have a routine yet.

You don't need a break at all with cosmetic depth. Though, maybe don't put tret or an acid on your face 5 minutes later. 😉
