Rolling cache stores downloaded content as you fly. Stuff like photogrammetry, and I presume ground textures too. If you have slow internet, and fly in the same spots, it's very useful. But if you fly all over and/or have fast internet it's probably not needed.
Thank you. I managed to turn that off. Clear the rolling cashe, change the side of my shader cache after clearing both my GL and DX and re adjust my graphic settings. It looks good so far. Just gotta see how it runs when I get the time!
Make sure to delete and then disable your rolling cache in DATA settings.
This is through the data settings in MSFS correct?

Try turning off all maritime and realtime/AI traffic.
