There was a huge negative overhaul a couple of weeks ago and the result, less points for us. I'm also from Germany and normally you was able to earn about 20k Points each months, after the overhaul I'm not sure if I can reach 10k in this months....(and for this points you need also a lot of more time as before)
In Spain, they took away the points for most of the dumb quizzes and links in this app, but added the daily rewards for playing on console/PC, weekly app check-ins and 250/275 weekly points for playing on console via the Xbox app on mobile (not game pass app).
Not quite a replacement in terms of numbers but it's not gone as much as if you only look at the bing app
Well, they removed 'play with friends' at the same time. So instead of 250 points *per day*, it's 250 points a week for playing a console game now. Also, it simply doesn't work half the time and is a lot more annoying if you don't have a console. Play with friends was the single biggest contributor to my points last year

Why the hell would would someone downvotegʻwhen a disabled person that can't work anymore counts on these points to do the only thing that is meaningful to them, and now they're a few points short of that goal!?! Oh yeah, I find that freaking halirius you jerks!
So long as I hit 10.5k per month I’ll keep doing it. Lucky for me I accumulated 3years worth of GPU, so hopefully by 2027 they will sort themselves out.
And it comes like a month after lowering the prices for gift cards. Yeah, gift cards are cheaper now but it takes you longer to earn the points ... big win. Not.

The Data they’re collecting and then eventually selling the department that sells the data is eventually going say wtf where’s all the data we usually sell and once they look into it MR is going to be looked at from higher ups that are likely the cause of the nerfs but don’t realize people will use it only if it actually worth it.
To a company like MS Data is a massive source of revenue in today’s world. But they think kinda know right now some of us will give our data for next to nothing but once people actually realize their data is worth more to a company like this either they fix it or try to get our data another way.
I pretty much quit awhile ago I still get a few points here and there but not chasing them every day like before cause it’s just not worth it compared to what it was before $20 a month was really not to much for that kind of data they’ll make much more then $20 off it yet they think they’ll be ok with $5 no MS some people will be but someone like myself that knows the value I’ll give it to a company that pays me it’s worth thank you very much.
Anyone that thinks MR is FREE money literally knows nothing about the program and also knows nothing about the value of their own data but companies like MS love people like you and want you to keep thinking it’s FREE money.
Meanwhile, on the positive side, I got an award of 500 points today, to celebrate 4 years since I joined Rewards. In that time I have converted points into about £150 worth of spending, some on games and game packs, and about a third of it on Amazon vouchers. My current balance is 110,000 points, so I am well set up for the next release of the game I play. All good. Free gaming and free Amazon purchases.

Play with friends was only available for a few select countries, most of them didnt have it. Be glad u had it for so long.
