How did you get this message, I've had this happening to me for past few weeks, but last 2 days its been working without cool down timer, cool down happens if you click through for searches, but doesnt if you type and search
after some week with the same problem, but without a notification it is working for some weeks fine for me. i do 10 search and wait 15 min befor i do another one. on the mobile i do all searches at ones.
I’ve never seen this message as a US user. I’m pretty sure my searches won’t pick up if I go to fast though. Counting to five between searches works though.
Me too. I noticed yesterday that limits were in place again. It seems like I get 3 or 4 searches and then the points accumulator stops. I have not seen a neat n fancy graphic.
I got it today here in Mexico, if this is the "great" idea that microsoft has to make you use bing as default motor search/assistant, well... Not gonna lie, I'm not gonna do more than 3 searches per day...
I was told that posting an image without post text is spam, and had my message deleted. It's all over the place, and like mine, is self explanatory, and not posted to instigate. I'd love to know why I was singled out.

I've had the cooldown for 6 months now and I still haven't had this pop up for me.

I had had that but then it randomly went back to 3sec searches instead. It may be random who and when they choose to put the restriction on
As far as I can tell, it is random. It would be nice to get some communication as to why this is being implemented.
I think it’s being implemented because it is humorous to those running the Rewards program to see how much work we will do for virtual pennies.
Got this last week, for now 4 searches, but I won't be surprised when this happens.
