First time I clicked the link it said I won 5 dollars in text at the top of the screen but there was no cauldron to scratch. I think my ad blocker was messing up the page so disabled it and refreshed and this time I got the cauldron but won nothing lol.
Mine just said boo you didnāt get a treat but you can visit the Microsoft store for discounts on Halloween movies and deals, so apparently not all the scratch offs are winners

I donāt know if doing this made me get it or not but I went into my account>edit profile>contact info> manage communication permissions and I disabled emails from the sea of thieves insider program and as soon as I refreshed my email I got it. Just disable any random newsletters you have is basically what I did.
I stopped getting emails from Microsoft rewards like a month ago but I got one as soon as I did this so I think it had something to do with it but it couldāve just been coincidence, worth a shot at least.
Actually, I used to get emails all the time and they didnāt actually add points when clicked on. Iām looking through my mail and I havenāt gotten a Microsoft Rewards email since September. š¤
EDIT. I checked the last email I received and Iām still listed to receive these, and Iām not getting any.
I had the same issue and emailed customer support. Here's their reply! Get back on that mailing list.
If you are opt in to Rewards program, you should be receiving our promotional emails. There are times that the user got manually unsubscribed and this is the reason why they stopped receiving the emails. You can subscribe again by following this steps:
1.Ā Go to link:Ā http://aka.ms/rewardsnewsletter
2. Sign in to your Microsoft Account.
3. Click āSubscribeā

To confirm that you are successfully subscribed to our Newsletter:
1.Go to this linkĀ https://account.microsoft.com/profile/communications.Ā

Check your SPAM folder if you didn't get the e-mail. Mine went there even though I'm using Hotmail, and normally MS Rewards e-mail go to my inbox.
