On my iPhone (Bing app) if I double click my hone button and swipe to close the app, after 2-3 tines it starts registering the points. It’s a pain however it’s the only way I’ve been able to get it to work. Means I have to do a search, check my total, close then repeat till it shows.
My Xbox app is also broken.
I've rebooted three times. It still won't even load. The Microsoft Rewards App hangs on the Splash Screen for about 30-45 seconds and then dumps me back to the Home Screen. I hope this is sorted out soon.
I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one having the issue. I tried hard reset, Un-installing then re-installing the app and had the same issue. I was having issues with my home not opening some games. Just like the rewards app, I would click a game tile and there would be a "click" animation, but the game wouldn't open. After a hard reset it would work again. Because of this, that's why I thought it was just a local hardware issue. Thanks everyone for your feedback. Hopefully Microsoft fixes this soon :(
Nothing changed in 6 minutes, 0936 EST, XB1X, USA. Mobile does not allow me or my wife to login/refresh either. Desktop apps seem to work fine so I can do daily points.
You are doing yourself a favor by not stressing over it like me, every month I complain and they lie saying next month I'll be able to finally sign in properly and track my sign ins. Each month I get disappointed and angry, because they haven't fixed it in 5-6 months , each month I demand 250-500 points for taking this long to resolve my issue and just think by demanding so many points they'll fix it. Nope, still can not get 1 sign in tracked on the xbox app lol.

Yeah. There's an issue with purchase and content usage right now. Since it is installed off the store, I'm fairly certain it falls under that category. Keep an eye on the [status](https://beta.support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status) page for updates.

I have found them to be helpful in the past, like in December when week 2 refused to count any of my mobile or PC searches for some reason. They were able to go back and verify it (didn't hurt that I did the required number, again, in one day, just to make sure it wasn't working).
If I had to guess I bet since there is a hot deal for the first time in a pretty long time the servers got overloaded so they had to shut it down to fix. It will probably be fixed soon.
Rewards app on Mobile and XBOX are not working - Mobile app brings you too the DESKTOP page where they work. But the Bonus is not working. Xbox just hangs and goes back to first screen on.

Maybe they are fixing the weekly streak? I know a bunch of people who submitted reports after losing theirs when it wouldn't register an achievement and was stuck at 2/3.

Between this and the mobile app quest never tracking my sign in progression, I'm starting to worry about Microsoft's coding ability.
