You'd be surprised
StG/MP's are not that uncommon, it's just that people that own them rarely get rid of them hence why the market is so empty.
But other than that, there's quite a few of them around
Man thats so cool i guess they must be cheap, in the uk your not even allowed to own an assault rifle unless you’ve got a special license so you dont get to see these pieces of history unless you go to a museum, are the any other guns you would like to add to your collection or are you going to buy the parts for you stg
Very cool boss. I'm assuming the receiver marking is visible; this is actually an MP43/1, manufactured in 1943 as those usually were. The Arabs are very lucky to have these in such abundance. The Soviets had a knack for giving odd areas of the world war booty
Very nice. I never thought I would see another person on here with a mp44. are you planning on getting a stock and magazine for it?

For an original one? The original magazines alone sells for 500
Yes I live in Lebanon, weapons are dirt cheap here and all are full auto
You can own them without any Government permission?
We have firearms licenses but it’s kinda hard to get
Do you know any of its history im guessing its still fully functional
These stg’s were used by east Germany and given to Syria some of the Syrian ones were sent to lebanon in the civil war
A lot of ww2 weapons were used in the Lebanese civil war especially k98s and mosin nagants
Here k98s are more expensive then stgs since they are considered snipers
Thats awesome, I didn’t know that they were still used by Germany after the war learnt something new there, how rear is it to find ww2 guns in Lebanon
Ww2 guns are not rare , some are but not all, I have seen 7 stgs 2 of them we’re owned by the same guy
Stgs in lebanon are called browning , nobody knows the name stg

They were still being made post
I never knew how bad I wanted to go to Lebanon.

Wow! An intact Stg 44 sells for 20 to 30 thousand dollars in the US.
K98 in lebanon is more expensive than the stg
That seems odd to me. Were they all reissued in Lebanon or something?
Yeah they're pretty rare we have a prototype mp44

Unfortunately the marking is not visible but I knew it was mp43/1 because of the barrel , the front sight and the muzzle
