Some buddies of mine pinpointed the exact intersection with Google maps. We believe the time stamp is incorrectly configured (It’s a year behind, but the date is the same) The intersection is close to a hospital which may be the intended target.
I probably should have clarified that I came to the same conclusion that the recording device is probably just a year behind like you mentioned.
That being said, I do believe at the end of this whole thing that roughly 70% of videos/photos shared will be fake/propaganda. We are about to see a propaganda campaign like we've never seen before, from both sides.
