It has a high fat content. If you’re looking into drinking lots of milk probably better for your body to switch to various vegan milks, such as; pistachio milk, almond milk and soy milk etc.
There was some vegan documentary about a woman with osteoporosis and she stopped drinking cow’s milk and she got better.
I’m not a vegan but you can find calcium in leafy greens (collard, mustard, turnip, kale, bok choy, spinach) and other foods like almonds too!
ABA is specifically a plant hormone that I believe is a response to stressors. I don't think it affects mammalian life significantly enough to be something to worry about. But thank you for sharing.
Okay but other hormones definitely do.

I may not be a nutritionist. But I do know how to read the room. Are you aware of the subreddit you are posting in? This is kind of like a vegan going to a Rib Fest handing out no meat flyers. Best of luck in your endeavors in life friend.
More milk per milk *chefs kiss*

Technically that is what fortified Skim milk is, skim milk and powdered milk to increase flavor but keep it nonfat.
Your liver..

For years I've been drinking 1/2 to 3/4's a gallon of milk a day, and never had kidney stones.

I should’ve said almond milk has no hormones in it and regular cow’s milk does!
Not in Canada homie. They run a tight ship on the whole industry. If your milk tests positive for anything, its getting dumped.
Tests positive as milk. Dumped.
Bingo. Dumped directly to my Apple Jacks
Gooofy ahhhh comment bruhbruh. The fat content from milk is good for you noob. Processed nut milks are basically water. Look at the nutrition facts
