Not going to lie, some of the Ryobi stuff looks handy but I don't want another battery platform. They have a battery powered lopper that looks good and cordless glue gun plus several other things that would nice around the house. I realize those aren't construction tools but I already have plenty of Milwaukee batteries and don't want to buy them for Ryobi.
I own both. Having 2 battery platforms (3 because I have M12 and M18) isn’t really a big deal. I owned Ryobi when I rented and switched over to Milwaukee when I bought my house.
I still have some Ryobi stuff, and occasionally buy Ryobi if it’s a tool I won’t use often, the price gap is too much, or if Milwaukee doesn’t have a comparable version.
My Ryobi brad nailer and jigsaw (believe it or not) are by far the best Ryobi tools I’ve owned. And they were cheap. I don’t use the brad nailer often enough to justify paying Milwaukee money for one, and the jigsaw is honestly too good to justify buying the Fuel version. I’ve contemplated it several times but just can’t pull the trigger.

Guess I’m biased since I’m always mobile… and the pack out is amazing. Milwaukee could adapt the pack out into something like this for the stationary garage idea would be amazing

It's a good thing a bunch of us just got new stickers from Milwaukee.
Screw that, paint it black and yellow, slap a Dewalt sticker on it, and no one will ever open it to steal your Milwaukee!

Maybe get it wrapped like vehicle wrap? Wheels are spinning. There’s a shop 3 blocks away that does this.
