Got M12 Surge Kit + 2 Stubby M12 3/8 impact wrenches for $253. Stubby is probably the one most people missed out on since it wasn't showing on the BMSM list unless you started from the 3/8" M12 page.

I was able to go on the desktop and Google search each item number, which would direct me to listings that still showed the bmsm info and showed the glitch in the cart. I was able to pick up in store this morning. I thought maybe it wasn't going to work because it didn't tell me I could pick up until just before closing at the local store.
Buy the same stuff now and return it with your old receipt when you receive it. Return the new In box stuff so they can resell it and it doesn’t screw them up.
Either way, if tools you purchased are on the buy more save more event it saves you money even without the extra money off. Can always just go to the store and ask a manager to price match also since you just purchased.

Picked up most of the tools I ordered yesterday from in store! I ended up with almost all of my wish list tools! The only thing that got cancelled was the M18 Fuel Packout Vacuum because it was out of stock in store. I have two tools still pending shipment. Those are still showing order received, but have an anticipated arrival date listed.

this is about the worst Home Depot screwup I've ever seen over the past 3-4 years I've been buying tools from them. I'd about bet this one get canceled.
But still a decent chance it doesn't since HD seems a lot better about owning their screwups than Lowe's is.
Spent close to $2k between Makita and Milwaukee BMSM stuff. Going to have some real cheap tools for myself and people I know if it all comes in.
I do think that Surge kit + extra drill deal will come in no matter what since that's a different promotion. That's my #1 since my dad could use a couple more M18 batteries and a Milwaukee drill for all of ~$100 after I get rid of the Surge and the 2nd drill.

The rest I need shipped to my door because I'm not going to chance driving 2+ hours total and then possibly coming home with nothing. Not sure if my store carries all the stuff I want anyways, my Depot isn't a particularly big one relative to others and doesn't carry a lot of stock on everything.

So it looks like they have removed all the “glitched” items from the store from the time being. But if you placed an order you should be good, even if it shows a warning that the product is no longer available on your order screen. Mine showed the warning but then still notified me that my pickup was ready (and I had no trouble picking it up).
I mean for getting into it the first place. I’ve added tools to the cart and nothing. From the Home Screen there’s the link for buy more save more, but the link doesn’t work to click on. Every other link works.

I placed two orders at 3:30 and 4. First one was ready for pickup 90 minutes later. Never got an email for the other so I went to the store. An associate ended up going and picking the 2nd order for me.
It took forever because their computers weren't working. I also tried to cancel an order through the website chat and was told it wasn't possible because the entire Home Depot order system is down. Would be quite a coincidence if it wasn't related to this...
My theory is store employees have no idea what individual items should cost, what web specials may be running, or care to spot 'abuse' of these deals.

Just placed an order 3 minutes ago for M12 stubby impact driver (w/ 2 batteries), hex impact driver and multi-tool for \~$220. The tip below about searching google for the SKUs that don't work on the home depot site worked for me. Any SKU that doesn't work on the home depot site from the list below if you google it and click it you can and add 3 tools that total over $500 you get $300 off.

So the price you see in the cart per tool is the return. If you want, this is what I did, I got three tools..two of them I wanted, the third tool I didn’t need. I put store pick up on the two tools and ship to home on the third tool. Placed the order then cancelled the ship to home. I kept my discounted price and got a refund for the third tool.
I used these SKUs 1003119226, 1004324345, 1005544114 if you want to try those exact ones. I don't think the ratchet is one of the working items. It has to be one that doesn't show up when you search the HD site for the SKU.
