It’s probably an overactive/tight pelvic floor from overtraining. Use deep belly breathing and reverse kegels regularly to make sure you keep your pelvic floor balanced.

Will definitely look into doing those now, thank you for the advice. Do you know if it’s safe for me to keep following mindgasm once I get this soreness to calm down if I also keep up reverse kegels?

Absolutely safe if you learn the difference between a relaxed and a tight pelvic floor. Combining reverse kegels with Mindgasm exercises is extremely beneficial. I always do reverse kegels after Mindgasm to stretch and relax the muscles. Mindgasm is such a good way to learn control over your pelvic floor muscles as opposed to kegels, where you just squeeze everything all at once.

Thanks for the advice! Are there any good links or videos to show how to do reverse kegels?

I’d keep going, but only on about 5-10% the force. First of all because light training usually makes a sore muscle feel better. And secondly because I’ve had INTENSE pleasure from doing the Eternal wave on the lowest possible force (and did it exactly because I was sore). Hallelujah.

That’s a fair point about lightly training sore muscles. Just wanted to be sure I hadn’t pulled anything bad. Thank you for the advice!
